Dear Rose Members, 

February has been a vibrant month at The Rose. Jimmy Humston and I had the privilege of attending a wonderful dinner hosted by many of our Athens Members.

It’s been fantastic meeting so many of you, and it’s clear that The Rose is shaping up to have a great community and an exciting, fun atmosphere. 

The progress on the golf course has been remarkable. Duininck Golf has completed rough shaping for all of the holes on the west side and has now moved on to the east side of the property. We expect to have the entire course “rough shaped” within the next few weeks. Each hole that takes shape reveals more of the incredible potential of The Rose Golf Club, and we’re all excited about the future of this course. 

The Downtown Club is officially underway, and we’re thrilled to see the plans that South Haven and Banko have been working on come to life in the coming months. While we don’t have a specific opening date yet, we’ve begun the process of interviewing for our opening team and will keep you updated each month. South Haven has also started to stage more supplies and personnel at the Clubhouse, which is exciting to see. 

March is shaping up to be an exciting time for all of our amenities. The entire team has done an outstanding job in planning for over the past 18 months, and it’s been a thrill to watch everything start to come together. 

We’ve seen great support for the Peter Millar orders, and many have already been shipped. Additionally, Holderness & Bourne orders continue to come through, and we’re looking forward to seeing The Rose logo represented as the weather warms up. For March, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be designing some custom belts, golf bags, and hats.
